For over 40 years, Advance Investors has built a company that has created jobs for their employees and subcontractors. Advance Investors has also provided training for young men and women on the importance of working in the construction field and buying a home. Additionally, the company has developed neighborhoods across the Greater Milwaukee Area and ensured residents experience the quality of life they deserve.

Arthor Delaney
Owner and President
Arthor Delaney, is the President and Owner of Advance Investors, LLC. His vision, hard work and commitment to the betterment of his community led to the establishment of his first business, Advance General Contractors which is now a subsidiary of Advance Investors.
His goal is to address housing inequities and strengthen Black communities across the Greater Milwaukee Area. For Arthor Delaney, work isn’t just about flipping homes — it’s about improving the place where he grew up.
With over 45 years of experience as a business owner and professional in the industry, his unique combination of business skills and expertise has catapulted his business into what is has become today. His desire is to continue buying homes in the city of Milwaukee that are foreclosures or in the worst conditions, then turn them around and sell them to future home owners and or those who have been displaced.
